Digital Workspace Setup

I do not necessarily need that many tabs and apps open all the time, but oftentimes, I find myself needing to keep track of different threads simultaneously. I tend to multi-task a lot, and that is because I have been doing this for years already. The fact that I have written over 1.7 million words in my autobiography-journal is a sign of that capacity. Imagine all the videos, images, media, data, files, texts, details, nuances, social media posts, websites, and DM conversations, among innumerable others, that I had to scour through in order to create an all-encompassing “entirety-of-life” corpus like it.

I am handling in-depth LaTeX with citations, sections, new commands, and all—innumerable files, especially text files—many personal websites and platforms, especially blogs—and many more.

I am not just any person. I have spent so much just to reach this point:
  • I livestreamed for 2 months back in 2021 in order to get used to creating my own digital community, to managing myself emotionally in the context of putting myself out there live, and to managing people, the community, and the various technical aspects of the Minecraft server sustained for the viewers.
  • I serialized several novels for 74 days straight, publishing an average of 4,300 words a day.
  • I have written a daily average of 6,872 words (previously 7,000 but slowed down due to the need to transition to LaTeX again after transitioning to Markdown for almost the whole year of 2024) for 203 days since May 28, 2024.
  • I went through over 1,300 Roblox videos in order to archive them by link, title, and publish date
  • I uploaded over 2,000 videos on Youtube, many of which were personal videos, vlogs, and music videos of me singing original songs. I made many edited videos as well (to the effect of video essays, reviews, and short films).
  • I went through innumerable social media posts and albums in my personal social media through countless accounts in order to archive photos, posts, videos, and images from my past.
  • I created a script that recorded my microphone the entire time that the computer was on for several months, with 15 minutes for each audio.
  • I created a script that took screenshots of the computer screen every 15 seconds for several months.
  • I reached Masters in League of Legends (though only in the Philippines server) in order to move on from my anxiety, sensitivity, and weakness to playing Ranked. This may not seem like much, but it is connected to the struggles of live streaming and putting myself out there online. It is interconnected to all my digital endeavors.
  • I continue to juggle Markdown, LaTeX, and the \cite command.
  • And I did and do many more.
I am not just any user. I also have a history of coding Roblox games, drawing digitally, testing a lot with recording singing, musical instruments, and songs, making Minecraft mods, exposing myself to all kinds of online community spaces, and many more.
